
Cuban Burger Recipe Transmission:
"...there ain't much to the burgers, pretty much just:
1 pound sirloin, ground
1 pound chorizo, loose ground
add few dashes of pepper/salt/garlic powder or just about 1 clove minced fresh garlic...
mix thoroughly, let sit 5 minutes or in refrigerator for longer...
drizzle olive oil in the pan,
low heat...slow cook, about 10 minutes..
turn up to medium 3-5 minutes..
give em the occasional flip during the sear...
remove burger patties from rendered chorizo grease, let rest for a second.
toast yer bread with some muenster or manchego cheese on top..
add ham and/or sweet pickles and pickled peppers/onions...
no fucking sauce,but mustard if ya gotta..
certainly no goddamn ketchup....."
